Homemade mayonnaise is very tasty, but a lot of people don’t want to make it with raw eggs.
We will show you a great recipe for homemade mayonnaise that is very creamy and delicious and does not require raw eggs.
The taste is fantastic, and you don’t have to worry about it knocking you off during production.
Since we tried it, we always make it this way because it is very delicious and much easier than the traditional version.
We found the recipe on the KETKES kitchen channel.
It can be stored in a closed bottle in the refrigerator for several days.
We always have a bottle in the fridge because sandwiches taste better with it.
When we make French salad, we also mix this mayonnaise with it.
We need:
100 ml of milk.
200 ml of oil.
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
half a teaspoon of salt.
half a spoonful of mustard.
Procedure:
Pour milk and oil into a bowl.
Mix with an immersion blender for 1 minute.
We mix without lifting it from the bottom of the container. .
Then we mix for 1 minute with movements from top to bottom (see video).
Now add the vinegar.
We also add salt and sugar..
Finally, mustard.
Mix again for 1 minute – movements from top to bottom.
Mayonnaise is thick and delicious.
Set aside for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
After half an hour, the texture will be softer, but you can use it right away.
You can flavor it however you want.
Instead of apple cider vinegar, you can add lemon juice.
It is creamier than the store version.
We really like it, especially because it doesn’t require a lot of work to prepare and it always turns out well.
