Our minute zucchini sauce with bambino and sour cream will definitely not disappoint you.
Can you prepare it in a few minutes and the result? A delicious sauce that goes well with pasta, rice or as a filling for tortillas.We like it best with pasta.
We need:
Pasta to taste or gnocchi cooked according to instructions.
3 medium zucchini.
1 onion.
1 clove of garlic.
olive oil.
50 g of grated cheese.
1 bambino (or other processed cheese in casing).
Sour cream for softening (amount to taste, I put ¾ of a jar, you can also use sweet cream or whipped cream).
To taste:.
vegetable broth without glutamine.
salt
basil.
oregano.
Procedure:
Zucchini wash and grate – I peeled the zucchini, as I had an older vegetable, but if it’s fresh, you don’t need to peel it – the sauce will be greenish.
Fry the chopped onion in olive oil until translucent, add the zucchini and fry until the zucchini softens.
Young cuekta will release a lot of juice, if the juice is not enough, you can add a little water or broth.
Add vegetable broth (without glutamate) and spices to taste.
Towards the end, add crushed cloves of garlic, cheese and bambino – we will dissolve.
Finally, mix in the sour cream (or sweet) and you can mix it or leave it alone.
Add pasta to the sauce, mix and you can also add pieces of chicken ham , or chicken meat.
Garnish with parsley sprigs..
This is a very versatile recipe, you can add more types of cheese, butter, or experiment with spices – nutmeg tastes very good in the sauce.
It’s up to you, just taste and adjust to your taste.
We prefer the version with sour cream.
