Prepare an extremely tasty creamy zucchini spread at home according to our simple recipe.
Since I first tried it, I don’t put anything else on my children’s bread.

We need:
1. 5 kg of cleaned and chopped zucchini.
400-500 g of carrots.
400-450 g of onion.
50 g granulated sugar (we used brown).
25 g of salt.
5 cloves of garlic.
100-150 g of tomato puree.
sunflower oil.
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
25 ml of vinegar (we used apple vinegar).
Procedure:
We cut the zucchini into several parts and if it is overripe we dig out the seed..
Then peel the zucchini and cut it into smaller cubes.
Add chopped onion to the pan.
Add a little oil and heat until the onion softens.
Next, add coarsely grated carrots, mix, cover with a lid and fry.
Garlic cut into small pieces and add to the pan.
Transfer the fried vegetables to a separate bowl.
In an oiled pan add zucchini..
Add a little salt, stir, cover and simmer until the zucchini releases its juice..
Transfer the stewed zucchini to a bowl with vegetables and mix..
Then we blend the vegetable mixture with a hand blender until it becomes creamy.
Add the mixed mixture to the pot , add salt and sugar.
Furthermore, we add black pepper and tomato puree.
Everything together mix thoroughly..
Place the pot with the mixture on the stove and cook while stirring..
During cooking we sterilize the lids and glasses..
Add vinegar to the mixture, stir and cook for about 10 minutes.
We continue to heat the spread over low heat and fill into glasses..
Cups firmly close with lids..
Then we wrap the jars in a blanket and let them cool until the next day.
