This salad is extremely tasty and delicious, its secret is in the preparation of individual ingredients.
The easiest and tastiest recipe I know, follow the recommendations from the Chef 1A channel.
Cabbage is available all year round, but it is at its tastiest in the summer months.Use these seasonal vegetables to prepare our quick salad.It’s a great way to enjoy its sweet taste.
We need:
1 third of a head of cabbage.
2 spoons of vinegar.
Water.
1 onion.
1 lemon.
1 large carrot or 2 smaller ones.
2 hard-boiled eggs.
1 spoon of sugar.
1 spoonful of dried parsley.
2 spoons of vinegar.
100 g of mayonnaise.
Salt to taste.
Procedure:
Remove the damaged leaves from the cabbage.
Finely chop it.
Alternatively, we can grate – it’s up to you.
Transfer the cabbage to a bowl.
Pour water so that the water completely covers the cabbage.
Add 2 spoons of vinegar and mix.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, we will prepare the other ingredients.
Cut the onion into slices.
Cut the lemon in half.
Put the onion in a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and mix..
Let stand for 5 minutes.
We clean the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater..
Hard boil the eggs.
Peel and finely chop.
Add the eggs to the bowl with the carrots.
Drain the cabbage and leave it – add it to the bowl.
We also add onions.
Season with sugar and mix.
Add dried parsley and salt to taste.
We also add vinegar and mix well.
Finally, mix in the mayonnaise and we’re done.
Serve the salad chilled.
The longer you let it sit, the tastier it will be.
