Procedure:
Cut the zucchini into rounds and then into slices and place in a bowl.
squeeze the juice from the lemon into the bowl with the zucchini and mix.
Cut the peeled onion in half and cut into slices..
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onion.
Peeled carrots cut into thin rounds and then into thin strips.
When the onion is transparent , add the carrots and mix.
