230 g of 20% sour cream.

Procedure:
We pour milk into the pot, add salt and stir..
Place the pot on the stove and heat on medium temperature..
Break eggs into a bowl and add cream.
Beat with a whisk until smooth.
When the milk starts to boil , add the egg mixture.
We wait until the milk starts to boil again.
Reduce the temperature and cook 5-7 minutes , stirring occasionally.
We turn off the stove, put a strainer in the bowl and line it with cheesecloth..
Then we pour in the milk mixture.
