EXTRA fast pizza that tastes like from a pizzeria: I don’t bake with sourdough anymore, this dough is excellent!

Fantastic pizza from dough that does not need to rise.

We need:

Dough:.

400 g plain flour.

200 g semi-coarse flour.

1 packyeast.

350 ml water.

1 teaspoon of salt.

1 teaspoon of sugar.

7 spoons of oil.

Sky:.

Tomato sauce.

Basil.

Ham.

Mozzarella.

Corn.

Champignons.

Garlic (to rub the edges).

Alternatively, you can add other ingredients according to your taste.

Procedure:

Preparing the dough is really very simple and fast.

First of all, we will make yeast – add sugar and crushed yeast to lukewarm water.

While the yeast comes out, we will prepare other ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl.

Add the leavened yeast and mix.

You can work with the dough right away, or we can let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 parts.

Roll each one into a round shape – this way we will get two pizzas.

Spread the dough with tomato base.

Spread the ingredients according to taste on top of the pizza.

I prefer ham, corn and cheese.

Bake in a heated oven at 180 °C for about 17 minutes – 24 minutes.

Each oven is different, so we check the pizza during baking.
