We need:
Butter – 100 g (room temperature).
Condensed milk (Salko) – 1 can (380 g).
Egg – 4 pcs.
Plain wheat flour – 250 g.
Baking powder – 1. 5 teaspoons.
A pinch of salt.
Raisin – 100 – 150 g (optional).
Cocoa – optional.
Procedure:
Beat the butter with a pinch of salt until foamy.
Add the eggs one by one.Whisk each into the mixture.
Add Salko and beat.
Add loose ingredients – flour and baking powder.mix first by hand and then with a whisk.
Finally, we mix in raisins covered in flour and we can add cocoa to part of the dough – it’s up to you.
We layer the dough in a greased and poured form.
Bake in a heated oven 40 – 45 minutes at 180 °.
