A Croatian chef taught me the RECIPE for these pork cutlets: The meat is soft and juicy, I’m looking for nothing else!

Incredibly tasty, tender and juicy pork chops with a perfect sauce that will cause an explosion of flavors in your mouth.

Some members of my family are not exactly meat types, but when I make this dish, they can’t resist.

An excellent recipe for juicy pork chops from the YouTube channel Sace Recepti.

We need:

500 g of pork loin (4 slices).

2 tablespoons of plain flour.

3 PL ajvar.

250-300 ml of water.

2-3 cloves of garlic.

1 tbsp mustard.

salt

ground black pepper.

vegetable oil.

parsley.

Procedure:

Cover the boneless loin on a hard surface with foil. We knock out with the smooth side of the pestle.

Salt the slices on both sides and sprinkle with black pepper.

Then rub the meat on both sides with mustard.

Coat the pork chops in flour.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the slices and fry until golden on both sides.

Place the fried steaks in a baking dish.

Pour flour into the oil in which we fried the cutlets.

Stir and fry until a brownie is formed.

Then add ajvar and mix.

Pour water into the mixture and stir until the ingredients are combined.

Next, add garlic cut into small cubes to the sauce.

Finally, add chopped parsley and mix.

Pour the sauce over the pork slices in a baking dish.

Place the mold in the oven preheated to 220°C.

We bake for about 30 minutes..

10 minutes before the end of baking, cover the form with baking paper.

We serve delicious cutlets with mashed potatoes.
