11 peppers.

2 onions.
1 clove of garlic.

1 large zucchini.
600 g of any minced meat.

1 large tomato.
ground black pepper.

ground cumin (optional).
2 grains of allspice.
1 bay leaf.
Procedure:
In a pan heat the oil..
Peeled onion cut into cubes and add to the pan.
Then add sliced garlic, salt and stir..
Grate the peeled carrot on a coarse grater.
Cut the pepper into small pieces.Coarsely grate the zucchini into a bowl, add salt, mix with your hand and let the juice run..
When the onion browns in the pan, add the chopped vegetables and mix.
Cut off the top from the pepper and remove the seeds.
Divide the fried vegetables in half, put one part on a plate and prepare the sauce from the other.
To the vegetables in the pan, add tomato puree, sugar and mix.
From the zucchini thoroughly squeeze out the excess liquid and add to the bowl with the minced meat.
Next add chopped parsley, spring onion and sorrel.
Add cream to the fried vegetable mixture in the pan and stir..
Then add zucchini juice, half a glass of water and mix.
Peel the blanched tomato, cut it into cubes and add it to the meat mixture.
