We need:
10 g of fresh yeast.
250 ml of warm water.
10 g of sugar.
7 g of salt.
320 g of bread flour (the amount of flour may vary).
Procedure:
Crush the yeast in a bowl, pour warm water and sprink sugar.
Add salt, sprinkle flour and make a dough.
Let it ferment for 1 hour.
After an hour, flour the work surface and transfer the dough onto it.
We divide the dough into 4 parts. .
Form a patty from each piece and then roll it up.
Place on a tray covered with baking paper.
cover with a cotton towel and leave to rise.
Cut the loaves on top with one cut.
Cover with water and sprinkle with sifted flour.
Bake at 200 °C for about 40 – 45 minutes.
Tips for improvement
