We need:

4 tablespoons cr.sugar.
2 spoons of plain flour.
1 spoon of potato starch.
0. 5 teaspoons of baking powder.
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
Apple mass:.
800 grams of apples.
Sugar to taste.
1 packpudding powder.
Cream:.
300 grams of whipping cream.
150 g of sour cream.
cold gelatin hardener.
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Next:.
150 grams of dark or milk chocolate.
Procedure:
Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff.
Then we carefully mix the other dough ingredients into the snow at low speed.
The dough is layered on a greased and sprinkled baking sheet with a diameter of 22 cm , it is baked for 25 – 30 minutes at 170°C.
It is then allowed to cool to room temperature.
Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, pour about 3/4 cup of water (if they are not very juicy), simmer until soft.
Finally, thicken with 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder.
Layer the apple mass on the cooled dough.
Smooth and finally add the cream layer.
It is prepared simply by whipping cream with sugar and sour cream.
Finally, thicken with cold gelatin thickener.
Before serving, decorate the top with grated chocolate.
