We need:

3 potatoes.

1 red onion.

1 carrot.

5 cloves of garlic.

100 g of cheese.

3 tablespoons of plain flour.

sunflower oil for frying.

Procedure:

Peel the potatoes and soak them in water.Cut into larger cubes.

Put in a pot and cover with cold water..

Put the pot with potatoes on the stove and cook for 15 minutes..

Cut the peeled onion in half and cut into slices.

Put the boiled potatoes in a bowl and heat the oil in a pan.

Fry the onion in a pan and mash the potatoes.
